Marvel’s Avengers

As the lights go down, and the Marvel logo flashes before my eyes, I anticipate what this Avenger film has to offer. By the end is the movie, I was not disappointed.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is the second movie on the avenger franchise. As usual we see Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Hawkeye, Thor, and my personal favorite The Hulk band together to fight their villain ULTRON from, who was created by Tony Starks in secret.

Ultron Is able to talk, walk, and think which is a bad combination. He creates a Machine  army including two special human twins Quick silver( super fast) and Scarlett witch( super weird), the battle between man and machine ensues.

The Age of Ultron seemed a lot lighter and funnier than the first. There were many funny and witty remarks from all of the avenger as they tease and badger each other. I was glad to see the hulk around and in action.

I love the scene in which him and Iron man go against each other, in an epic and funny battle. This movie is a bit lengthy but what action movie isn’t these days. There were so many great scenes and action sequences, including a shocker involving Hawkeye. I don’t want to spoil any more things for you.

Fifty shades of grey is fifty shades lighter!!!!!

Fifty shades got me looking so crazy right now! Why you ask? Well keep reading. Fifty shades of Grey, the most anticipated movie adaptation to the hot and kinky book hit theaters last night. The question on a lot of fan’s minds is, does it have the same amount of kinkyness as the books? Well for you perverts thinking that shame on you. Fifty shades of Grey it’s about when literature student Anastasia Steele Lube being turned upside down when she meets the handsome and sexy Christian Grey. Speaking of Mr. Grey, played by Jamie Dornan was exactly what I envisioned him to look like. He was very Dapper, with piercing eyes and did I mention that heavenly body of his. But it’s Anastasia that steals the show. When the trailer first came out I was disappointed to see her, but she definitely bright some funny lightness to this movie with her with remarks.

What would fifty shades be without a little kinky and raunchyness. The sex scenes are a little toned down for ratings sake, there no private part showing. I love the scenery and the landscape of the movie very beautiful. I won’t get into the ending I’ll let you see for your self.

FINAL THOUGHTS: Even though it’s toned down a bit. I like the movie. Would I see it again probably not.
Check it out and tell me what you think!!!!!!

Keep calm and watch a movie🎬

Exodus: Gods and Kings

As the lights dim I the theater, I anticipate what’s to come. As the screen goes black and white writing appears, I think maybe this is not going to be so bad.
Exodus: Gods and Kings, controversial for its ” white washed ” casting is about the Extraordinary story of Moses and his mission to free the Isrealite nation from slavery. We begin our journey with Moses and Ramses preparing to go to battle against the Hittites, a battle in which I don’t recall reading in my bible, but I may be wrong. Moses played by Christian Bale comes across as an unbeliever who thinks God is a joke but as the movie progresses he come to truly believe there is a God.

There are many creative ” freedoms” taking in this epic story, from the added battles to the 11 year old messenger from God, which was something I didn’t like seeing. I was very happy to see that most of the important things were included such as Moses mentioning God, which is very important, the plagues, burning bush, and most importantly Israel’s exodus out of egypt, including such beautiful background landscape. I have to admit I was a little disappointed not to see how they would part the red seas but the way they did it was very creative and logical.

Overall, this movie wasn’t the best movie I’ve seen but there were some great aspect of it such as the the beautiful costumes and landscape.

I voice this movie: 🌟🌟🌟

Big Hero 6 Fa la la la la

I loved Disney movies growing up, I think I have almost every Disney movie. Well after seeing Big Hero 6 , I have to add this to my collection.

Big Hero 6 is about a genius named Hiro who teams up with a plus sized inflatablee robot named Baymax, along with other high tech student to save three world.
Hiro played by Ryan Potter goes through a spectrum of emotion throughout their movie, which Baymax is not afraid to point out.

Baymax it’s hilarious in the movie from his voice to his running and even his fist bump( fa, la,la, la, la).
The movie jumps right into action and right into the sad part too as Tadashi, Hiro’s older brother dies, but Tadashi’s creation Baymax is there to provide comic relief in sad moments. Fred does the same with his super energized, silly humor. I like the uniqueness of the city that they live in, San Fransokyo, a weird combination huh, but they make it work by bringing out the essence I each city.

“Gone Girl” do your thang!!!!!!! Movie review!!!!!

Gone Girl, what could I say to sum up this movie…… Oh here’s two ” Fucked Up.” Gone girl is based on the Best Selling book by Gillian Flynn. The book follows Nick and Amy Dunne, a married couple as they embark on their fifth anniversary, but on the morning of their anniversary she disappears. We see all the gritty truth and some made up stories as Amy takes us back as she writes in her diary about meeting Nick, their marriage, and how it fell apart. It cuts between the good times in the past and and misery of today going into year five.

Ben Affleck who plays Nick Dunne gets himself into some awkward situations while his wife is missing like smiling next to his wife’s missing poster and taking selfies with random women. But it’s Rosamund that steals the show playing Amy. While reading this book I pictured Amy a certain way and Rosamund did not disappoint. She was intriguing, deceptive , she knows her power, and opposite of weak , I wouldn’t dare cross her. The casting was great, plot was good, but it seems like some of the parts of the movie could have been cut out for time sake. This movie was 2 and half hours long and it’s that long because I feel they took a lot of details from the book that could’ve been left off.

FINAL THOUGHTS: Overall, I liked this movie. Having read the book I already knew what happens in the end and once again what happens is very “fucked up”
I give this movie: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sin City: A Dame to Kill for!!!!! Review

Sin city j.alba

Sin City, A place of sex, crime, corruption and Awesomness. Starting in Sin City style, a black screen with only a person speaking, and seconds later, an action image.

Sin city is based on the graphic novels by Frank Miller, it tells  different stories one with Marve, a hulk like man always looking for trouble, Dwight who we get to see his backstory and how and why he received a new face and Nancy Callahan, we see her unraveling as she mourns the love of her life killing himself, who continually haunts her. She’s aching  for some revenge. We see a very different dark side of Nancy played by Jessica Alba. I think the actors did a superb job portraying these fictional characters especially Eva Green who plays the manipulative and deceiving Ava. I really like the graphics of the movie the black and white with pops of color which drew me to the first movie. I also love how it ties some of the loose ends from the first movie that left me wondering.

FINAL  THOUGHT: Overall Sin City was a great movie. If you love  Action, seduction and some violence this is your movie.

I give this movie:*****
